Interventional packets consist of educational messages that are
based on evidence based rules and a copy of the patient’s
profile. Packet letters also include a form the physician can use
to provide feedback to HID as the RDUR vendor. This feedback can
be returned toll free via fax or mail. HID has found that physicians
respond to our informational messages 67% of the time. Of the responses,
75% are positive, 23% are neutral and only 2% are negative. These
outcomes are then aggregated and compiled.
