HID is an established company with a proud tradition of putting our clients first and building strong client relationships through proactive service, responsiveness and innovation. Our company was founded by J. Tyrone Gibson, RPh, PhD, whose passion for pharmacy became focused on a central mission to help healthcare organizations improve patient health while reducing operating costs. HID’s first solution, which includes our RxExplorer® data mining software and retrospective drug utilization review (RDUR) clinical services, was developed to realize this mission.
As a leader in healthcare data analysis, HID understands the challenges faced by Medicaid agencies and healthcare programs. HID provides drug utilization review, prior authorization, prescription drug monitoring and related clinical support services for clients in more than 20 states.
