- Integrated e-mail functionality, which allows users to send e-mails to other Case Management users as well as individuals external to the system and automatically links the e-mail to the complaint or case
- User Forum, which allows users to communicate and share information with other users as well as interact with the HID team of technical, medical and data content experts
