The Dos and Don’ts of K-TRACS:

·         Don’t put your patients’ reports in their charts.
·         Don’t show your patients’ their reports.
·         Don’t share reports with other pharmacists and prescribers
·         Don’t query anyone except your own patients.
·         Don’t query prospective employees.

·         Do notify us when your delegates quit so that we can lock their access.
·         Do discuss the reports with patients.
·         Do post patient notification posters; they can be found here.
